Policy for dietary restrictions

World Trade Center Stockholm AB (WTC Stockholm) operates in a complex and public-intensive environment with high demands on safety and security. Systematic and well-functioning work with food and special diets is a natural and integrated part of our operations.

1. Purpose

This policy aims to provide all guests with a wonderful dining experience with high food quality, regardless of whether the guest has special dietary needs or not.

2. Scope

The policy applies to all guests and visitors as well as to employees, auxiliary personnel and hired personnel.

3. Objectives

Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay with us Create a safe environment for everyone in the World Trade Center Ensure that each employee understands their role in the special diet work

4. Booking procedures

When booking where someone needs a special diet, the booking manager fills in the Excel sheet that we have developed. It states which guests are in need of special diets (first name, initials or a number is sufficient). We want the information as early as possible, but no later than 5 working days before arrival, to ensure that we can deliver the best experience.

You can download the Excel file here

5. Responsibility

The management has the overall responsibility for ensuring that the special diet policy is followed and the Head Chef coordinates the ongoing work and is responsible for documentation and training. All employees and hired personnel are required to follow established procedures and report deficiencies or incidents.

6. Review

WTC Stockholm works with continuous improvement. The special diet policy is followed up at least annually and revised if necessary.

7. Other

We do not take responsibility for personal preferences or lifestyle diets, such as LCHF, GI and keto. We are also not able to guarantee an environment free from airborne allergens or traces of allergens.
